Description: En application des articles L. 151-6 à L. 151-7-2 du Code de l’urbanisme, le PLU de Paris comporte des orientations d’aménagement et de programmation (OAP). Celles-ci comportent, en cohérence avec le PADD, des dispositions portant sur l’aménagement et l’habitat. Elles définissent notamment des actions et opérations nécessaires pour mettre en valeur l’environnement, les paysages, le patrimoine, permettre le renouvellement urbain et favoriser la mixité fonctionnelle. Les OAP sectorielles portent sur des quartiers ou secteurs à mettre en valeur, réhabiliter, renaturer, restructurer ou aménager. Leur périmètre figure en rouge sur le plan de zonage. Ces OAP se composent, pour chaque secteur concerné, d’une partie écrite et d’une partie graphique. Tout projet situé dans un secteur d'OAP doit être compatible avec les dispositions de l'OAP.Cette couche contient les emprises de chaque OAP.Champs :n_sq_oap : numéro unique de l'objetnom_oap : nom de l'OAP sectorielle
